: All mouse experiments were approved by the Ethics Committee and Institutional Review Board of Shenzhen Institutes of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences (SIAT-IACUC-20190730-YYS-DBYWZX-XCG-A0784-01). The maximal tumor size permitted by the ethics committee is 2000 mm3 and this threshold was not exceeded in this study. The zebrafish experiments were approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (lACUC) of Hunter Biotechnology (IACUC-2023-6592).
