Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The Technical-Scientific Committee of Stop TB Italia onlus has drawn up ethical guidelines for the execution of the study prior to its start and has constantly followed their application throughout the study. Local ethical committee approval was not required due the observational and retrospective design of the study. All participants have given their informed consent for the participation in the study.
