Change Details: After publication of the Original research article [1] it was brought to our attention that the sentence at the bottom of the section entitled Discussion (pag 6 of 9, just below Fig. 4) must be corrected as follows:

Ethics approval and consent to participate

: The study was approved by the Ethical and Scientific Commission of the National Centre for Respiratory Pharmacoeconomics and Pharmacoepidemiology during the session of January 4th, 2016 (# RD 011/G01/16). All participants have given their consent.

: Only data collected from patients who gave their informed consent to the investigation and to the possible use of information for scientific purposes were used for the present study.
