Ethics approval and consent to participate

: Approval for the acquisition of all clinical images was granted by the subjects’ verbal consent. The images used in this paper were obtained from 7 research centres. These images were derived from repositories of anonymised images accessible locally for educational purposes, and no identifiable information is stored or available. Therefore, ethical approval for their use in this publication was deemed unnecessary.
