: An ethical clearance was obtained from the Faculty of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences Institutional review board (No. 294/UY1/FMSB/VDRC/CSD) and administrative authorizations were granted by the Akonolinga, Bafia, Bangangté, Ntui and Yabassi District Medical Officers. Prior to the beginning of the surveys, the objectives and schedules of the study were explained to all the participants (their parents).
