: The study was approved by the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare (MINSABS) of Equatorial Guinea and the Research Ethics Committee at the Instituto de Salud Carlos III (ISCIII) in Spain, under the number CEI PI 34_2018-v2-Enmienda_2019-v4. Community leaders and participants were notified about the visit and the study’s objectives through an official letter from the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare (MINSABS). Written informed consent was secured from all participants prior to their inclusion in the study, with parents or guardians providing consent for individuals under 15. Data were analyzed anonymously.
