: The Transmission Assessment Survey is an integral component of the Lymphatic Filariasis elimination programme and serves to evaluate the impact of Mass Drug Administration efforts. As such, formal ethical clearance was not required for this assessment. Nevertheless, ethical principles were strictly upheld throughout the study. Informed consent was obtained from both the participating schools and the parents or guardians of the children who took part in the assessment. The purpose of the survey was clearly explained, participation was voluntary, and the children had the right to opt out of the survey at any point.
