: This study, titled "Designing a Research-Based Foresight Model for Iranian Medical Universities: Addressing Emerging Challenges in Medical Education," was conducted as part of a doctoral dissertation at Kerman University of Medical Sciences and was approved by its Ethics Committee under the code IR.KMU.REC.1403.198. The research employed a mixed-exploratory and analytical approach and included the following stages: This study provides an operational framework for foresight in Iranian medical universities, which will be implemented in the next stage to assess the foresight maturity level of the Foresight Research Center in Health at Kerman University of Medical Sciences and offer practical solutions.The research did not involve any direct human intervention, and all data were derived from scientific sources and expert opinions. All participants in the Delphi method and expert panel were informed about the objectives and procedures of the study and voluntarily consented to participate by providing their expert opinions.
