: The study protocol was approved by the ethics committee of the Ludwig Maximilian University Munich (project number: 060–13).Participants received detailed information on the study and gave informed written consent to participate. For minors, an additional briefing of their legal guardians was provided via telephone. Following that, informed consent forms were sent out to the legal guardians and had to be signed and returned.
