: The SUSTAIN trial is conducted in accordance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP-ICH guidelines). Ethic approval was initially obtained by the ethics committee of the Medical Faculty and the University Hospital Tübingen as the University Clinic is the Sponsor of the trial (reference number 425/2020BO). Afterwards, ethical approval for conducting the trial has been obtained by each trial site’s ethics committee. All trial participants provide written informed consent prior to inclusion into the study. Patients can withdraw from the trial at any point without any disadvantage.
