: All the ethical guidelines and principles placed in the Declaration of Helsinki and others, essential to address the ethical aspects of the research commenced in humans were taken into account. Accordingly, ethical approval was obtained from Hawassa College of Health Sciences. Participation of the students in this study was voluntary based. Parental written informed consent followed by assent for adolescent aged below eighteen (14–17) years was obtained from each participant before data collection. Students were informed about anonymity and confidentiality of questionnaires. Names of the students were not recorded anywhere on the questionnaire and also ensuring the respect, dignity and freedom of each student participating in the study was done.
