: All procedures performed in studies involving human participants were in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional and/ or national research committee and with the 1964 Helsinki declaration and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards.Participants were informed about the purpose of the study, and they were assured that they answers would only be used anonymously for research purposes on a voluntary basis.All participants aged 18 and above were given information about the study, and they were asked for they voluntary participation. A written informed consent was administered to each participant; all participants read and signed written consent forms before being enrolled in the study. The institutional review board of the Balearic Islands Community approved the study (number IB 1912/12 PI).
