: The study has been performed in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. The Regional Ethics Committee for Health Region South East in Norway approved the study protocol, the information given to the patients, and the consent form. Patient material and data collected including case material were accepted for use in research and publishing as well as teaching.Reference number: First Experimental Study of Transference- interpretations (FEST307/95). Each participant gave a written consent to participate in a psychotherapy research trial.
