Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The study was approved by the University of Rwanda’s College of Medicine and Health Sciences Ethics Committee. The objectives of the study and informed consent were explained to participants and they were assured they could withdraw from the study at any time without any repercussions. All identifying information for participants has been disguised.To disguise the name of the participants, we used codes during data collection.Study participants voluntarily participated in the study and no monetary or other incentives were provided. Informed consent for participation had been obtained from all participants, and the consent form was written. For the minors under the age of 16; parents or legal guardians of these participants provided consent on their behalf.
