: The project was reported to The Committee on Health Research Ethics of the Capital Region of Denmark, Regionsgården Kongens Vænge 2 3400 Hillerød March 3rd 2017: protocol number: 17006186. The project was assessed as not registrable and can be implemented without permission from The Committee on Health Research Ethics of the Capital Region of Denmark. The project will be registered at the Danish Data Protection Agency as the project aims at establishing the sharing of knowledge across sectors (general practice, hospitals [midwives], municipalities [health visitors]) regarding the vulnerable pregnant women. Before entering the study, the participants will sign an informed written consent and will be made aware that they can withdraw from the study any time without any consequences for standard care.
