Ethics approval and consent to participate

: The Ethics Committee of Hellenic Open University and the Scientific Council of the Private Hospital “Hygeia A.E” in Athens granted permission for conducting the research. All the participants were clearly informed about the purpose of the study and on confidentiality and they were free to participate, refuse or withdraw at any time of the procedure.
