: The ethical approval was obtained from the Institutional Review Board of the College of Medicine and Health Sciences (IRB/CMHS) at the University of Rwanda. The confidentiality and privacy of the participants were maintained. The assent to participate was obtained from the participants and the consent to conduct the study among these patients was obtained from the guardians and leaders of neuropsychiatric hospital provided the verbal and written informed consent.
