: All procedures were assessed and approved by the Ethics Committee of ISCTE-IUL. As such, the questionnaire was conducted according to their ethical guidelines. First, it was explained, verbally, to all the respondents that their participation was part of an investigation that aims to develop a short skills inventory to assess the skills on students looking for their first job. Secondly, an informed consent was presented in writing and those who agreed to participate in the study verbally attested. Thirdly, counting only on those who agreed to participate, all respondents participated in this study on a voluntary basis and were informed that they could stop participating at any time. Finally, the anonymity and confidentiality of the data collected was guaranteed.
