: Ethical approval including consenting process was obtained from the Research, Ethical Review and Approve Committee at the Ministry of Health in Oman. Parents were sent a letter briefing them about the study and explaining that participation is voluntary. Consents were obtained from the parents. Also, before data collection, adolescents were given a consent form informing them about the details of the study, the confidentiality of the data, that there is no harm to their class grades if they decided not to participate, that they can skip questions if they don’t want to answer them, and that participation was voluntary. Participating in the study was considered as giving consent.
