: Ethical clearance was obtained from Ethical Review Committee of Institute of Public Health, Collage of Medicine and Health Sciences, University of Gondar with Ref No/IPH/838/06/2012. Written cooperation letter also obtained from Debermarkose referral hospital to conduct interview from the participants and to facilitate the research processes. All the study participants were fully informed about the purpose of the study, their right to refuse, assurance of confidentiality and privacy during interview. Informed, voluntary and written consent was obtained from each participant before data collection. Strict confidentiality was maintained through anonymous recording and coding of questionnaire. And all necessary methods were carried out in accordance with the guidelines of institutional and Declaration of Helsinki.
