: The study has been ethically approved according to the Declaration of Helsinki and the ethical standards of the institutional review boards at the University of Sheffield (Application #045109), Medical School Hamburg (MSH; Application MSH-2021/135), and the Ethics Committee of Social Services of South-Central-Island-of-Montreal (CIUSSS; application #CER VN 21-22-13).Following the phone screening, potential participants will receive an information sheet per email explaining the study purpose and procedure, eligibility criteria, benefits and risks of taking part, rights to withdraw from the study, and data confidentiality and sharing. Participants in Sheffield will give consent online before completing the pre-assessment questionnaires, and participants in Hamburg and Montréal will give consent at their first visit to the laboratory. Potential participants are encouraged to contact the site study coordinator in case of any questions before giving consent to participate.
