: As data were collected via a web-based survey, it was not possible to obtain <i>written</i> consent from the participants prior to their participation. However, at the beginning of the survey, information was provided on the study aims, inclusion criteria, designated use of the collected data, data protection, time required to complete the survey, and contact information for queries. Information was also given that completing the survey was considered informed consent to participate in the survey and to provide the data for the stated research purposes. The study was reviewed and approved by the ethics committee of the University Hospital of Jena, Germany (approval number: 2019-1334-Bef) and complies with the ethical standards of the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki and its later amendments.
