: The study protocol was reviewed and approved by the Research Ethics Committee of Shiraz University of Medical Sciences (IR.SUMS.REC.1398.537). All procedures are in accordance with the ethical standards of the institution, the research committee, the Declaration of Helsinki and its later amendments. To ensure the confidentiality of the information, as emphasized by the participants, work-related factors of workers including department and job title were not collected.
