: In accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki, ethical approval was obtained from Maltepe University Ethics Committee. Permissions to work with children in the school were also given by the District National Educational Directorate, District Governor, and the Local Municipality responsible for the administration of the district schools. Informed consent for children to participate in the study was obtained from parents/cares. We anonymized the names of the children used in the manuscript. We confirm that this study and all the methods used were conducted to the usual biomedical-threshold-ethical standards and the guidelines provided by the Declaration of Helsinki informed Ethics Committees. Senior academics, health and social care professionals were always onsite to supervise the entire duration of the study, addressing and solving any health or social care issues emerging from the study without a delay.
