: The study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Shiraz University of Medical Sciences, Shiraz, Iran (Code of Ethics: IR.SUMS.REC.1399.1336) and was conducted in accordance with the declaration of Helsinki. In the development phase, the participants requested to sign a written inform consent form for participating in interviews. In the validation phase, based on the approval of ethics committee, all the participants signed an electronic informed consent form before responding to the questionnaire, because the questionnaire was sent electronically to blind people all over the country. For participants who were under 16 years old, informed consent from for study participation were singed by their parent.
