: This study approval constituted ethical clearance by the School of Management Human Research Ethics Committee of Juijiang University, China as well as the ethical committee of the University of Barishal, Bangladesh has also granted approval for this study on 10 December 2021 (Ref. No. IQAC/BBA-HRM/ER-005–11-12/2021). Informed consent was obtained from all participants to the collection, storage, and use of their given information for research purposes.
