: The ethics approval for the study was given by the Regional Committees for Medical and Health Research Ethics (REK; ), reference number 28761 Echo/REK sør-øst. Informed consent was obtained from all the study participants in written form. Parents of children who were interested in group participation could go to the ECHO website where detailed information sheets and electronic consent forms were found during the participant recruitmentphase of each data collection wave. RBUP East and South and the Norwegian Center for Research Data have also made a Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) that is approved by all participating centers.
