: Ethical approval for this study was obtained from the Research Ethics Committee of University of Tabriz (IR.TABRIZU.REC.1402.117). All steps of the study were in accordance with the ethical standards. Informed consent was obtained from all parents of the children who participated in the study, and the parents provided responses to questionnaires regarding their children. The parents were instructed to complete the questionnaires online. All participants voluntarily gave informed consent and were assured anonymity during the survey.
