: The Safe-Families trial is being conducted in accordance with French regulations and has been approved by the appropriate ethics committee. The protocol and informed consent form were approved by the INSERM Ethics and Evaluation Committee (CEEI/IRB) on July 9, 2024 (approval number 24-1113). Despite the low-risk nature of this study, informed consent will be obtained from all participants prior to their participation. Participants retain the right to withdraw from the SAFE-FAMILY study at any time and for any reason.
