: Approval was obtained by the Rutgers University Health Sciences Institutional Review Board for the data collection (Pro2018000446) and by the University of Kentucky Medical Institutional Review Board for the current analyses (60764). All research procedures were performed in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations. Individuals were presented with an online informed consent form prior to the survey and were required to indicate their agreement to the consent form prior to participating in the survey. The consent form addressed the voluntary nature of participation, described participant’s rights, and informed participants about the risks of participation as well as procedures for reporting complaints and/or adverse events.
