: This study adhered to the Helsinki Declaration principles. In May 2021, the project received approval from the Regional (South-East C) Committee for Medical and Health Research Ethics (#227624), the data protection official for research, and the data protection officer (PVO) at Akershus University Hospital. All participants were informed about the confidentiality of the interviews, and it was emphasized that participation was entirely voluntary. The written consent form was read aloud to the participants, and they were encouraged to ask any questions about the interview process. Immediately before the interview, participants signed the consent form and were informed that pseudonyms would be used to ensure their anonymity in the presentation of data in publications. To prevent backward identification, events were described in a way that de-identified individuals while highlighting the significance of each event.
