Use of the data was carried out under the same conditions and with the same purpose as collected. Participation in the study was voluntary and collected data were treated confidentially. The study was approved by the Danish Data Protection Agency prior to collecting the data. According to Danish Law (Act on Research Ethics Review of Health Research Projects), available at: act- on- research, questionnaire and register-based studies require neither approval by ethical or scientific committees. The collected information was only used if the participant had given informed consent by ticking off a box with the following text at the beginning of the questionnaire: “I have been informed that I can receive a copy of my own answers and can have them deleted if I wish, and hereby agree to participate in the survey.” and chose to press “submit” after finishing the questionnaire.
