: This study honored the ethical framework of the Declaration of Helsinki and Permission was obtained from from the Ethics Committee of Golestan University of Medical Sciences, Gorgan, Iran (IR.GOUMS.REC.1402.149). All participants were informed about the voluntary nature of their participation and were assured that they could withdraw from the study at any time. We also ensured the confidentiality of participants’ personal information.
