: The ENGAGE feasibility study was approved by the Regional Ethical Review Board in Uppsala, Sweden (Dnr: 2017/527) and was conducted in accordance with the Helsinki Declaration, ensuring the welfare and rights of all participants, and Good Clinical Practice guidelines. The ethical amendment was obtained from Swedish Ethical Review Authority on August 07, 2019, ref: 2019 − 03083. All participants were adults (aged 18 years or over). Online informed consent was collected from all participants and consent was reaffirmed and audio-recorded prior to semi-structured interviews.
