: In compliance with local law and institutional regulations, an ethical assessment and permission were necessary and obtained from ethics committee for this study involving human subjects. This study approval constituted ethical clearance by the Faculty of Textile Management & Business Studies, Bangladesh University of Textiles, Bangladesh on dated 11/02/2021 under the memo no. IQAC/TEM/EP-008/08–10/2021 and also from School of Management Human Research Ethics Committee of Juijiang University, China (EC/SoM/00189/03112022). Written informed consent was obtained from all individual participants to the collection, storage, and use of their given information for research purposes. Moreover, written consent was also collected from the supervisor or, manager or, superior authority of the participants. There was no coercion used to obtain responses, and all participation was voluntary. Prior to posting or sharing the questionnaire on social media, participants were informed about the study’s purpose and how it could benefit them. It was made clear that participants would not receive any monetary compensation for their participation. An open forum was provided for participants to ask questions and gain insight into the study, and they were informed that they could drop out at any time. All the procedures were followed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations.
