: PBICR-2022 has been officially registered in the Chinese Clinical Trials Registry (registration number: ChiCTR2200061046). The applicable criteria and study plan were rigorously followed during the study execution procedure. The study population involved in this paper was Chinese college students enrolled in PBICR-2022. This study was approved by the Ethics Research Committee of the Health Culture Research Center of Shaanxi (No. JKWH-2022-02). All research procedures were conducted by the principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki and the guidelines provided by the relevant regulatory bodies. The research was conducted with the voluntary participation of human subjects who provided written informed consent before being included in the study. Participant confidentiality and anonymity were preserved throughout the data collection, analysis, and reporting processes. Measures were taken to ensure that no harm came to any participants as a result of their involvement in the study. Any potential risks or adverse effects of the research were carefully considered and managed to minimize harm. Data was stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel for purposes related to the research project.
