: This study was conducted according to the Declaration of Helsinki. The moral principles of autonomy, beneficence, non-maleficence and justice were guaranteed following that declaration. A written informed consent was obtained from the participants. They were also ensured that they could withdraw from the study at any time. This study was carried out with the code of ethics IR.IUMS.REC.1402.201 after receiving a letter of recommendation from the Research Vice-Chancellor of Iran University of Medical Sciences.
