: Prior to participation, teachers were provided with an explanation of the intended sample and aims of the study and reassured of the confidentiality of their responses. They were also informed that participation was completely voluntary and that they could withdraw from the study at any point without any issue. A verbal informed consent for participation in the study was then requested from each teacher. This study was performed in line with the ethical standards of the national research committee and with the 1964 Helsinki Declaration and its later amendments. The study protocol and measurement tool were approved by the research committee of the National Center of Training and Human Development under the Ministry of Health and Environment in decision number 29 on the 5th of March prior to data collection. Permission for data collection was also granted by the educational directorate on the 20th of March and the administrators of each school.
