: The code of ethics: IR.IAU.TMU.REC.1401.278 was obtained from Tehran Islamic Azad University of Medical Sciences and necessary permissions were obtained from the authorities of Tehran Islamic Azad University of Medical Sciences. Before the beginning of the research, all stages and objectives of the research were explained to the family caregivers. The study participants were assured of the confidentiality of their personal information and an informed consent was obtained from all of them. Ethical principles, according to the Helsinki Declaration (World Medical Association Declaration of Helsinki, 2013) was followed during the process.
