: This study was approved by the Ethics Committee of the School of Nursing and Midwifery and the School of Rehabilitation at Tehran University of Medical Sciences, with the ethical approval code IR.TUMS.FNM.REC.1400.065. Additionally, it is registered with the Clinical Trials Registry of Iran under the registration number IRCT20160821029446N9 at 2021-09-03. This study was conducted in accordance with the ethical principles of the Declaration of Helsinki (1975), as revised in 2013. All participants provided written informed consent after receiving comprehensive information about the study.
: In this study, before the intervention began, infertile women received verbal explanations regarding the objectives and type of study, and necessary follow-up procedures. They were assured that their personal information would remain confidential and would be disclosed to any individual or organization, and their participation in the study was entirely voluntary. Finally, written consent form was obtained from infertile women willing to participate in the study.
