: Ethics committee approval was obtained from Erzurum Technical University Scientific Research and Publication Ethics Committee (date: 23 January 2025; 2025-04) for the current study. The study was prepared in accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki []. In addition, ethical standards specific to sports and exercise sciences were taken into consideration. All elite athletes who voluntarily agreed to participate in the current study completed the informed consent form verbally and in writing, and then the athletes were included in the study. Confidentiality was carefully ensured during data collection and analysis. All personal information and responses provided by the participants were anonymized during the data collection process. The responses obtained from the participants were used solely for the present study and were not shared with any third parties or institutions. All data were securely stored in digital format, protected with password access, and were only accessible to the research team.
