: The study procedures were carried out in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. Informed consent was obtained from all students for being included in the study. This research protocol was approved by the Ethics Committee of Khoy University of Medical Sciences with the ethical code IR.KHOY.REC.1402.020. All ethical considerations, including confidentiality of information, anonymity of questionnaires, were carefully observed. Ensuring the consent of parents and students to participate in the study was also considered.
