: This study was conducted following ethical guidelines outlined by the Declaration of Helsinki and received ethical approval from the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of the Faculty of Education, Palacký University in Olomouc (Reference No. [2025009]). All participants provided written informed consent before completing the study. The consent form outlined the study’s purpose, procedures, potential risks, and benefits. Participation was voluntary, and students were informed of their right to withdraw at any time without consequence. As all participants were university students over the age of 18, parental consent was not required. Confidentiality and anonymity of the collected data were strictly maintained, with no personally identifiable information recorded.
