: This article is part of the research project for a Master’s thesis in midwifery counseling (Project No. 2522). The psychometric evaluation of this questionnaire was conducted to enable its subsequent use in an interventional study. The study protocol was reviewed and approved by the Ethical Review Board of Bushehr University of Medical Sciences (Ethics code: IR.BPUMS.REC.1402.031). All procedures were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations, including the Declaration of Helsinki. Permission for translation and validation of the questionnaire was obtained from its original designer. Written informed consent was obtained from participants in the pilot phase, the cross-sectional study for construct validity, and the test-retest phase. All participants were assured that their responses would remain confidential and that the questionnaire would be administered anonymously.
