All trial patients are informed that all their personal information is confidential and that participants can launch the study at any trial stage. The study is being launched after approval from the China Clinical Trials Center (ChiCTR2300073765) and the Medical Ethics Committee University of South China (2022-USC-HL-226). In case of protocol revision, permission will be sought from the relevant authorities, and all investigators will be given full access to the final trial dataset.
