: The study was conducted in accordance with the ethical standards of the Research Ethics Committee of the University of Bucharest. Ethical approval was obtained under Decision No. 16/16.01.2023 for the research project titled “Exploratory Study on the Competence Profile of Pre-university Teachers.” All participants were informed about the purpose of the research and gave their informed consent electronically before completing the questionnaire. Participation was voluntary, and confidentiality and anonymity were fully ensured. No sensitive personal data were collected.
