: The study was conducted by the Declaration of Helsinki and was approved by the Institutional Review Board of Children’s Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine (Ethics ID: 2024-IRB-0152-P-01). Prior to administering the questionnaires, all participants were fully informed of the study’s purposes and provided written informed consent. Due to the cognitive impairments associated with Angelman Syndrome, informed consent was obtained from the parents or legal guardians of all participants with Angelman Syndrome, including those under the age of 16.
