: This study adheres to the ethical principles outlined in Declaration of Helsinki regarding the use of human subjects in research. Ethical approval for this study was obtained from the Institutional Review Committee of CiST College, Pokhara University, Registration no: (16/080/081). The data was collected only after obtaining written informed consent from all the participants. Written informed consent was obtained directly from participants aged 18 years and above prior to their enrollment. For participants younger than 18 years, written informed assent was also obtained from them along with the written informed consent from their parents. To uphold the confidentiality of participant information, identification numbers were assigned instead of using students’ names.
