: This study was approved by the Institutional Review Boards of Stanford University (IRB Protocol No. 63680) and the Southwestern University of Finance and Economics in Chengdu, Sichuan, China. Before conducting the survey, enumerators were required to introduce the contents of the survey to participants and obtain written informed consent.
