: All procedures involving human participants were conducted in accordance with the ethical standards of institutional and national research committees and adhered to the 1964 Helsinki Declaration and its subsequent amendments or comparable ethical standards. This study did not involve any animal subjects. The research protocol was approved by the University of Social Welfare and Rehabilitation Sciences under ethical code IR.USWR.REC.1402.216. Additionally, the study was registered in the Iranian Registry of Clinical Trials (IRCT) with the code IRCT20230411057882N1 on March 1, 2024. Informed consent was obtained from all participants. For patients legally deemed incapacitated according to forensic medical evaluations, consent was provided by their legal guardians.
